Spicy Lamb Tripe

Buy a piece of cooked lamb tripe. cut to shreds.

Wash and remove the stalks and cut into sections.
3.
Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant. Then pour the hot peppers and stir fry with 1 g of salt.

Pour in the shredded lamb and stir-fry.

Pour in soy sauce and stir well.
