How to Make Fresh Red Bean Paste
1.
Take out the soaked red beans and use a food processor to puree the red beans
2.
Put the red bean paste into the bread machine and select the jam program
3.
The entire production time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes
4.
In the meantime, use a stirring knife to help stir fry
5.
Because rock sugar does not produce water, you can add it in batches after frying for a while. Use polycrystalline rock sugar instead of single crystal rock sugar.
6.
Stir-fry until it's slightly dry, then add vegetable oil in portions (if you want to make moon cakes, you need to be oily enough and dry enough to be easy to operate. If you make buns or eat directly, the water bean paste is also very good)
7.
After being fried to a satisfactory level of dryness and wetness, it can be packed and frozen for storage. Fresh and delicious red bean paste is out
Tips:
1. Soak the red beans overnight, add enough water and 80g sugar to cook the soaked red beans until crisp, remove the red beans, and the remaining red bean soup can be cooked in porridge or drink directly
2. The amount of fry is about 1000g, depending on the dryness of the fry
3. I use a PE9600WT bread machine. When you use other bread machines, please pay attention to appropriate adjustments.
