Rinse the soybeans with water and soak in water for 1 night

The soy milk is made in about 20 minutes. Pour 300g of the red date soy milk into the kneading bowl and let cool

Tips:
1. The ratio of red date soy milk to flour is adjusted according to actual conditions
2. The noodles of plastic buns need to be kneaded harder to facilitate the shaping
3. The two weaves that cross each other should be made as close as possible, and no gaps should be left. After the gaps are fermented, they will be easily deformed.
4. When weaving, whether it is clockwise or counterclockwise, the noodles below press the adjacent noodles
5. If you don’t have cocoa powder, matcha powder, or pigment at home, you can make the original color directly, or make two colors
