Ice Cream

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the sugar and the egg yolk together and beat with an egg beater to make it look like this.

Pour the milk into the pot and cook until slightly boiled

Spoon the boiled milk slowly into the beaten egg mixture, and stir while pouring. (Note, you can't pour all the milk in at once).

Pour the stirred custard back into the pot, boil until it boils, turn off the heat and let cool.
6.
Put the cold custard into the freezer and stir it every two hours. After forming, just put in the fruit you like.
