Put clean water in the pot, add sugar, just one bowl of water and two bowls of sugar. I can't measure it either, I'll measure it myself.

Boil on low heat until white bubbles are completely bubbling, stick it with chopsticks, put in cold water, if it gets stuck on the chopsticks, it will be fine.
