Icing Walnuts

Prepare the required ingredients, perform two pots at the same time, heat the oil in one pot, add walnuts when 4-5 is hot, fry the walnuts on a low fire, remove and drain the oil

Put the crushed rock sugar in another pot, add 60ml of water, cook on low heat until coarse bubbles appear, the color is slightly yellow, add walnuts, stir fry for a while, and the syrup will turn white

Take it out of the pot and let it cool, then put it in an airtight container and store it
