It's Better Than A Hillbilly Egg

Boil ten eggs, remove them and put them in cold water to cool down, peel off the shells, and use a knife to make five vertical cuts on the white and tender eggs until they reach the yolk (for the flavor of the later seasoning).

Pour the water for the boiled eggs completely, gently put the marked eggs into the casserole, add a can of beer, appropriate amount of soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and sugar.

Boil on high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour. Finally, the high heat collects the juice.

The sauce-spicy and delicious egg is ready, it's really better than the hillbilly egg!
