Italian Blueberry Vanilla Panna Cotta

Prepare the ingredients, take the vanilla pods and take the seeds for later use, soak the gelatine slices in ice water to soften them for later use, weigh the milk, whipped cream, and fine sugar.

Put the confectioner's sugar and milk in a milk pan and heat it on low heat.

At the same time, add vanilla seeds and vanilla pods and cook until 65 degrees.
