Italian Vanilla Panna Cotta

Take a clean milk pot and pour pure milk, whipped cream, fine sugar,

Then cut the vanilla pod into the milk, and soften the gelatine slices with cold water for later use

Bring the milk pot with milk to a boil over medium heat (subject to the bubbling of the milk on the side of the pot) and turn off the heat

While it is hot, drain the soaked gelatine slices into the boiled milk and stir evenly. After stirring, put it in cold water to cool (Figure 8)

Strain the custard after cooling to warm, then pour it into the prepared container, and finally put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours (the custard is solidified)

After taking it out, friends who like jam can add a little bit and another flavor.
