It suddenly occurred to me that I have never made a cake with jackfruit core and whole wheat. To be precise, it is muffin, this very quick and simple cake. All of a sudden the spirit came, and immediately put into action.

Jackfruit Core Whole Wheat Muffins

1. Ingredients: 140g cooked jackfruit core, 100g whole wheat flour, 80g milk, 1 egg, 30g corn oil, 30g white sugar, 3g baking powder

2. Chop the jackfruit core into pieces and put it into the food processor.
