Jade Watermelon Jelly

Watermelon juice.

Bring to a boil with sugar.

Stir over a small fire and stir until the white jelly is dissolved and the watermelon juice is boiling.

Pour it into the dug out watermelon when it is slightly cold, and let it cool down naturally.

A spoonful of green tea powder. This is a little too much, and the finished product is not green enough.

Add appropriate amount of sugar. The amount can be a little bit more, otherwise it will taste a bit bitter. If you like the bitter taste, you don't need to add too much sugar.

After the water is boiled, pour in an appropriate amount of white jelly (approximately 2.5 liters of water and 100 g of white jelly), stir to dissolve until the water boils, turn off the heat.

Cool slightly and pour the green tea water into the watermelon that was prepared previously. Keep it in the refrigerator after it's cold.
