1. Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. The smaller the apple pieces, the better, mine is a bit bigger.
2. Put apples, white sugar, chestnut powder and white vinegar into the bread machine and select the jam function to make.
3. Sift the prepared applesauce to make the applesauce more delicate.
