Japanese Soy Milk Hot Pot

First, make soy milk. Take 100 grams of soy beans and wash them. My wall-breaking machine grilled fish directly grinds the dried beans into soy milk. If your soymilk machine cannot beat the dried beans, you need to soak the soybeans in water in advance.

Put the soybeans into the cup of the wall breaker. I use a no-wash soymilk machine. The soybean material and water should be separated.

Separately add water to the water tank behind the wall breaker, and follow the prompts to add to the maximum scale.

Select the dry bean function, select 1000 ml of capacity, and then press start, the grilled fish will automatically be cooked with soy milk and cooked.

The boiled soy milk is delicate and silky, you can drink it directly without worrying about the cleaning of the machine, it will be automatically cleaned and dried and disinfected.

Pour the boiled soy milk into a casserole, add Japanese miso and Japanese soy sauce to taste.

Prepare some shabu-shabu ingredients that I like. I prepare whatever I have at home.

Prepare a dipping dish, a must for hot pot. You can adjust it according to your own taste. I like to use the sesame sauce from Haidilao. Feel free to add some oyster sauce soy sauce, sesame and coriander, which is particularly flavorful.

I ate a single hot pot alone, and it felt great.
Tips:
For the shabu-shabu-shabu, I don't recommend the meatballs. The meatballs have various flavors. The shrimp and crab flavors are very comprehensive, but the nutritional value has nothing to do with the shrimps and crabs.
