Jasmine Tea Jelly

The jasmine tea leaves are brewed into jasmine tea with 250ml of hot water.

Add 50g of white jelly powder and 3 spoons of syrup to the jasmine tea, and then boil the jasmine tea with white jelly powder. Stir it with a spoon during the cooking period to avoid sticking to the pot.

After boiling, pour it into a bowl. If you want to look good, use a spoon to get rid of the floating bubbles. Personally, I'm lazy and didn't get rid of it.

Put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour and it will basically solidify.

I put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and it tastes cold and cool with the scent of jasmine tea.
Tips:
Syrup can be added according to your own taste, or you can add honey
