Jellyfish Mixed with Cabbage Shreds
1.
Take a piece of cabbage core, clean and cut into shreds for later use
2.
Clean the coriander and cut into sections for later use
3.
Soak the fungus and the fans in advance and wash them for later use. If the fans don’t like to poke the water, you can soak them in hot water in advance. Soak them in hot water 2 hours in advance.
4.
Cut the jellyfish into thick shreds, boil water in a pan, pour the jellyfish and quickly remove it and let it cool, then control the water to dry and set aside
5.
Put the shredded cabbage, vermicelli, fungus, coriander, and sausage together. I don’t have red sausage in my house, so it’s useless.
6.
Then add garlic, oil, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and mix well
Tips:
This cold dish is really refreshing and delicious. If you don’t have ham, you can add some shredded chicken. It’s good if you add a little shredded carrot to match the color.
