Jellyfish Mixed with Shredded Radish

Prepare the ingredients

Pour out the salt water of the jellyfish, soak in clean water for 4-6 hours, change the water twice in the middle, soak the excess salt; then wash and drain the water.

Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices

Tips:
1. Soak the jellyfish for a while as much as possible before eating it to remove excess salt, so that it tastes better. 2. Soaked jellyfish can be blanched or not blanched, depending on everyone's preference; the unblanched taste is more crispy and delicious.
