Jieshu Suan Plum Soup

Prepare all the ingredients you need: hawthorn, ebony, licorice and rock sugar (the first three ingredients can be bought at the market or Chinese medicine store)

Rinse the hawthorn, ebony plum and licorice with water, put it in a pot, add half a pot of water, and soak for 1 hour

After soaking, put the pot on the stove, boil on high heat, turn to low heat and continue to cook for half an hour, add rock sugar, turn off the heat after melting

After the boiled sour plum soup is placed to cool, put it in the refrigerator for several hours for better flavor
Tips:
1. Don't put too much rock candy, a little bit is enough;
2. The iced plum soup is better
