Jujube

Core and chop the red dates and date palms.

Put the chopped jujube in a pot and soak in water for 2 hours.

Bring the soaked jujube to a high heat and then change to a low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes.

After cooling, put it in a blender and puree it.

Put butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat.

Pour the jujube paste and simmer until the water is dry (this is a patience work, you should keep stirring, avoiding the pot).
7.
Put it in the fresh-keeping box and store it in the refrigerator. (If you want to keep it for a long time, please freeze it)
Tips:
It is best to avoid using iron pots for cooking jujube puree.
