Jujube Ginger Tea
1.
Cut the clean red dates into small pieces with scissors, and remove the date cores
2.
Then there is a very...usual...boring...boring... step. Spread it flat on white paper and put it in the microwave, low heat, let out to cool every minute, and then choose the one that is not completely dry, hard and brittle, and continue with the above steps.
3.
Then the dried, hard and crisp red dates are put into the wall breaker
4.
Just open a grinding program
5.
Be sure to buy new ginger and cut into slices
6.
Then put it in an electric kettle to make ginger water
7.
The ground red dates have more sugar, so they will form brown sugar-like pieces. Take out a large piece and put it in the cup.
8.
Then pour in the cooked ginger water while it is hot
Tips:
The jujube has a lot of sugar, so it must be fully dried until it is very hard and crunchy~ It must be used on a low heat, otherwise it will be easy to batter
