Jujube Ginger Tea

Choose high-quality red dates. I chose my own special-grade Ruoqiang red dates. They are delicious without explanation!

The old ginger brown sugar sent by my friend originally used brown sugar and old ginger for this sauce. I just used this instead of ginger because I didn’t have any old ginger at home. It’s so self-willed!

The red dates are pitted. If you like to eat the flesh, you can chop them properly. I am lazy and use a food processor to directly chop them
