There is still a part of the unsealed jujube paste stuffing. This time, make a kidney bean roll to dry it. My family doesn't seem to be very interested in sponge cakes, this one should be popular. I like it anyway, but it’s a bit sweeter."

Jujube Kidney Bean Rolls

1. Prepare materials

2. Spread plastic wrap on the countertop, put white bean paste on it, and slightly flatten it

3. Use a rolling pin to roll into a sheet of 18x12cm

4. Trim the four sides

5. Spread another piece of plastic wrap, put the jujube puree, and roll it into the same size flakes

6. Organize the four sides

7. Buckle the jujube paste slices on the bean paste slices, align the four sides

8. Remove the plastic wrap on the surface

9. Roll up while pulling the plastic wrap at the bottom

10. Roll into a cylindrical shape and wrap it in plastic wrap for shaping

11. Remove the plastic wrap and cut into 2cm thick pieces

Tips:

Jujube paste filling can be replaced with various fillings you like.

The rolled cylindrical shape can be placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour to shape. But I don’t want to eat cold food in winter, so I just wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. It will be easier to cut into pieces after refrigerating
