Jujube Soy Milk with Wolfberry

Prepare the ingredients you need.

After washing the soybeans, add water and soak for more than 10 hours.

Wash the soaked soybeans, red dates and wolfberry together.

Put the cleaned ingredients into the soymilk machine.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the lowest water level.

Power on the soybean milk machine, select the wet bean function to start working

Tips:
1. After the soybeans are fully soaked, the smooth soy milk can be produced and the slag rate can be reduced. Generally, it should be soaked for more than 10 hours. When the temperature is high, it should be placed in the refrigerator or the water should be changed several times to avoid the growth of fungi. Sometimes, if you forget to soak soybeans on time the night before, you can switch to hot water soaking to shorten the soaking time.
2. The beaten soy milk has a slight sweet taste because of the addition of red dates. I personally drink it without adding sugar. If you like sweets, add some honey after the soy milk cools down.
