Kelp Knot Winter Melon Soup

Remove the flesh and peel the winter melon, cut into thin slices or small pieces;

Wash kelp knots;
3.
Wash and chop ginger and chives;
4.
Put a little oil in the pot and pour the winter melon;

Add ginger and stir fry for about 3 minutes;

Pour a large bowl of water and pour the kelp knots;
7.
Bring to a high heat, simmer on medium and low heat, add shrimp skins when the water is boiled, and continue to simmer;
8.
After the winter melon is boiled to be transparent, pour in some salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, chopped green onion, and stir evenly to get out of the pot;
Tips:
1. Kelp knots are marine products, which contain high levels of purine and iodine. It is not recommended for patients with gout and hyperthyroidism.
