Kidney-tonifying Black Bean Lamb Soup

1. Soak the black beans overnight in advance

2. Soak the lamb in clean water, and change the water several times in the middle

3. Remove the blood and remove it for later use

4. Lamb under cold water in a pot, with cooking wine, green onion and ginger

5. Boil the water to remove the foam, remove the lamb out of warm water and rinse
