4.
Let the brewed black tea cool in water for later use
5.
Pour the two packs of vaccine (including the liquid in the pack) into a clean container.
6.
Filter the cold black tea water out of the tea leaves and pour it into the container.
7.
Cover the container with a piece of gauze (it was given as a gift when you bought the vaccine) and cover it with a leather case. Be careful not to cover it. Keep in a cool place for 5 days.
8.
After 5 days, new vaccines will grow, but at this time the vaccines are very thin, and the bacteria liquid cannot be drunk at this time. Continue to store in a cool place covered with gauze. Please remember not to shake the bottle, stir with chopsticks, etc., and store it in a cool place with gauze from beginning to end.
9.
Vaccines fermented for 10 days are already very thick. It's ready to drink at this time.
10.
Pour into the cup, if it is too sour, you can add water and honey to adjust. The taste is under your control. Then pour out half of the liquid in the container, and continue to add new black tea water at a ratio of 1:1 (the new black tea water and the liquid in the container) to continue the fermentation and grow the seedlings. Repeatedly, the seedlings become bigger. It can be separated and given away or cultivated in a container.
Tips:
Note: Kombucha is effective only after long-term drinking, and the vaccine can continue to multiply, and the family will benefit in the end.
