Korean Sauce Beef

Cut ginger and garlic, and beef (tendon meat)

Stir-fry the beef with soybean oil until the color changes
3.
Pour a little water into the fried beef and simmer until the water is dry
4.
After the water is dry, pour in soy sauce (very fresh), chopped garlic and ginger, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes
5.
After simmering, add green peppers/red peppers (red peppers can be used if you prefer a bit more spicy), and simmer for 2-5 minutes.
