Stir-fried Rice with Beef, Carrot and Pepper

Cut beef into small cubes, add cooking wine, pepper, 1 gram of salt, light soy sauce and corn starch, mix well and marinate.

Fresh peas (frozen in the refrigerator), cooked or re-cooked in the microwave.

Hold out the leftover rice.

Cut the side dishes into small pieces.

Finely chop ginger and garlic, and dice green onion.

Pick up the pot, add oil and eight peppers to a low heat and stir to create a fragrance, then stir-fry the marinated and delicious beef.

Stir-fry the ginger and carrots with the remaining oil for one minute.

Add the remaining side dishes (except the garlic) and stir fry for one minute.

Add rice and stir-fry well.

Add the remaining salt, beef, peas and minced garlic and stir-fry well.

Fried rice.

Served rice.

Peas should be cooked in advance
