Korean Spicy Stir-fried Rice Cake

1. Prepare materials

2. Rinse the rice cakes with water

3. Boil half a pot of water in the pot, pour the rice cakes and cook until soft, remove them for use

4. In another pot, heat over medium heat, pour in a proper amount of oil

5. Saute the shallots, ginger and garlic, then pour in the vegetables and stir fry for a while

6. Stir fry with Korean chili sauce

7. Add a small bowl of water and stir-fry evenly

8. Pour the cooked rice cakes into the pot

9. Stir-fry evenly and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds to turn off the heat

Tips:

After the rice cake is boiled and removed, rinse it with cold water to effectively prevent sticking
