Ham and Rice Cake Soup

Prepare the ingredients, dice carrots, dice ham, defrost corn and green beans, wash with cold water;

Boil the nian gao to the heart, and then rinse it with cold water, also called Guo Lenghe;

Blanch the green beans, carrots, and corn until cooked, then pick up the filtered water and set aside;

Put the ham in the pot and stir fragrant;

Put 2 rice bowls of water or broth and simmer for about 20 minutes;

Pour green beans, corn, carrots, and rice cakes into the pot, add salt, sprinkle a little pepper, wait for the water to boil, add 1/2 tsp of sesame oil, and serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Cook the nian gao first. Overheating the nian gao can reduce the gelatinization of the nian gao and make the nian gao refreshing.
2. Stir the ham slightly, then add water to make the soup, it feels more fragrant.
