Kuaishou Japanese Style Foie Gras Rice Bowl
1.
The foie gras is soaked in clean water for 20 minutes, and the water can be changed once halfway, so that a part of the fishy smell can be well removed.
2.
It is normal for foie gras to have oil on the surface-after all, French foie gras is a fatty liver that is eaten, and the taste is really good.
3.
Pour out the water, and then use a kitchen paper towel to dry the surface of the foie gras.
4.
Add 10ml cooking sake (this is an extra part for marinating)
5.
Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt and marinate for more than 15 minutes.
6.
Cut the foie gras into small pieces with a knife.
7.
Prepare all the raw materials, shred the onion, chop the onion, and weigh the other materials for later use.
8.
Start the pot and heat up the pot first.
9.
Pour in the right amount of butter and let it melt in the pot.
10.
Add the foie gras and fry until they are ripe, that is, with some bloody color. If they are fully cooked, it will affect the taste of the finished product.
11.
Several noodles have to be fried until the fat is forced out.
12.
Fill out the foie gras for later use.
13.
Leave the oil in the pot, add the onions and fry them until golden brown. (Because the oil of foie gras is yellow, it is normal for onions to change color.)
14.
Add the foie gras that has just been fried and stir fry together.
15.
Pour 8-10g of fine granulated sugar. The sweetness can be adjusted according to my taste. I would prefer it to be sweeter.
16.
Then pour 15ml of cooking sake.
17.
Then add 15ml thick soy sauce. The thick soy sauce has both color and salty taste. If you don't have it, you can use a 1:3 blend of dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.
18.
Stir evenly and taste to see if the current saltiness is suitable.
19.
If you can, add 15ml cornstarch water to thicken the soup to make the soup rich.
20.
Sprinkle green onions and turn off the heat.

Beautiful~
22.
Then serve a bowl of hot white rice. Remember to cook the rice harder. It tastes just right when you eat it with the soup. Pour full of foie gras, beat another egg, it's good! If you don’t like whole eggs, you can fry them until they are half-cooked and mix them in to eat!
23.
Stir and eat! Hot dishes and rice will make the egg liquid a little bit cooked, and the taste is particularly good.
