Kumquat Honey

Wash the kumquat, drain the water, and cut into quarters

Sprinkle in caster sugar and marinate for any time

Add rock sugar and water

Boil the water and use a colander to remove the floating kumquat seeds

After boiling, turn to medium heat and simmer until the kumquat is transparent. It may take half an hour to an hour depending on the amount.

After cooling, bottling and sealing (the bottle is washed in advance and blanched and then dried for use) refrigerated and stored
