The first time I did this seems to have been four or five years ago. My friend taught me that it is more soothing! I gave it to my friends after I finished it. I thought it was good to drink in soaking water. The key is to make it easier. This year I did some soaking in water for the baby after I had nothing to do this year. The little things are very happy.

Kumquat Honey

1. Wash the kumquat and soak in salt water for half an hour

2. Dry clean and cut into four pieces, add sugar to marinate

3. Marinate until water

4. Put rock sugar in the pot

5. Add water

6. Boil on high heat and turn to medium and low heat

7. Cook until the juice is thick and the kumquat becomes transparent

8. Just let it cool and put it in an airtight jar

Tips:

1. Kumquat is easier to glue when pickled
2. When kumquat is cut, the seeds can be removed by the way
3. Take a proper amount of soaking when drinking
