Kumquat Honey

Wash the kumquat and soak in salt water for half an hour

Dry clean and cut into four pieces, add sugar to marinate

Marinate until water

Put rock sugar in the pot

Add water

Boil on high heat and turn to medium and low heat

Cook until the juice is thick and the kumquat becomes transparent

Tips:
1. Kumquat is easier to glue when pickled
2. When kumquat is cut, the seeds can be removed by the way
