Kumquat Jam

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Soak the kumquats in light brine for 20 minutes.

Drain the surface water after washing. Or wipe it with kitchen paper.

Cut into small pieces and pick out the kumquat seeds.

Add all to the cooking cup.

Add pure water and smash.

Pour into a non-stick pan.

Add rock sugar.

Add lemon juice.

Boil on low heat.

Tips:
1: When boiling kumquat jam, it is best to use a non-stick pan, and then you need to keep stirring, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pan.
2: The capacity of the boiled jam must be clean without water and oil.
