Kumquat Jam

After washing the kumquat with water, soak it in salt water for about half an hour

Tips:
1. When making kumquat juice, the amount of water should not be too much
2. If there is no rock sugar, white sugar can be used instead, and the dosage can be adjusted according to your own taste
