After killing the turbot, wash it and slice the fish on both sides.

Cut the fish into thin slices, a ceramic knife is recommended

Cover with hot water first, put a little salt in the hot water, drip a few drops of edible oil to cover the fish with better appearance, then steam it in a steamer for five minutes, put coriander, green onion, ginger, and red pepper on top. Hot pepper oil, then pour in steamed fish soy sauce and serve
