Laba Congee

All ingredients are cleaned

Soak panda beans and peanuts in water for more than 3 hours. Wash the lotus seeds, lily walnuts and soak for 10 minutes when cooking the porridge, and red dates and longans are the same.

Boil water in a casserole, add black and white glutinous rice, boil until tumbling, turn off the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add peanuts, panda beans and cook for 5 minutes, then add red dates and longans and cook for 5 minutes, and finally add lotus seeds, lilies and walnuts and cook for 5 minutes.

Add sugar according to your preference and stir well and then eat.
Tips:
When cooking the porridge, make sure to turn it frequently to avoid sticking the pot. Simmer over low heat throughout.
