Laba Congee

Wash all the ingredients and put them in a casserole

Add about 8~10 times the water, cover the casserole and cook

Boil until the water in the pot boils, turn off the heat, do not open the lid, and simmer for one hour

After simmering for enough time, turn on the heat to cook again, wait for the pot to boil again, turn off the heat, and continue to simmer for an hour.
