Lamb and Radish Soup

Remove the fascia and fat from the lamb, cut into large slices, add ginger slices and drain for a few minutes.

Cut the white radish into large pieces and set aside.

Put lamb, ginger slices, cooking wine in the pot, add a small amount of water to boil, skim off the foam, and boil on low heat for half an hour

Add the white radish cubes, continue to simmer for about half an hour, sprinkle a little salt and white pepper to taste before serving.
