Lamb and Robe Soup

Boil the lamb in a pot under cold water, pour out and clean it for later use

Cut the radishes into pieces and divide them into two. Knock the ginger and prepare the peppercorns.

Put a portion of robu and mutton into a casserole, add enough water, add cooking wine, ginger, and pepper, start to boil on high heat and turn to low heat to simmer for half an hour

Pick out the radish, put in the other half of the robu block and simmer for half an hour, add sugar and simmer together
5.
Add salt to taste and sprinkle in coriander before serving
Tips:
Simmer slowly until the meat is crispy.
