Lamb and Sugarcane Soup

Bring the diced lamb to a boil with cold water, shallots, cooking wine, and ginger slices.

Peel the sugarcane and cut into sections.

Put lamb, sugar cane and ginger slices in a boiling pot.

Pour an appropriate amount of water.

Put it in the boiling pot and press the "Stew" button. The firepower of the pot will change from high to low over time.

After the stew, take the sugar cane and soup into a bowl and drink. It's delicious! (Lamb is used to stir-fry)

1 lamb (bone-in lamb is better)
