Lamb Braised Radish

Cut the mutton into pieces, blanch and wash.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and sauté fragrant chili, ginger, star anise, minced garlic, pepper.

Add lamb and stir fry, add soy sauce and stir fry for color.

Add hot water.

Transfer to a casserole and simmer.
6.
Simmer for about an hour, add radish salt and simmer for about 20 minutes.
7.
Just install it.
