Lamb Hot Pot
1.
After washing the lamb, cut it into pieces. Bring water to a boil in a pot, pour lamb, sugarcane and cinnamon
2.
Cook until the lamb is fully cooked. Add mountain pepper oil and cooking wine. Pick up the meat one minute later, and pour the soup into a clean bowl for later use.
3.
Cut off dried red peppers. Put oil in the pot, and after heating the pot, sauté the chilies first, and then add the hot pot bottom ingredients. After the hot pot bottom material has melted, add the previous soup. Pour in the lamb again and flip it a few times.
4.
Put the white radish in the bottom, and pour the meat and soup in the pot. Add the cinnamon before it! Start the hot pot mode. When the soup is boiling, let it simmer for a while and you can eat it. It tastes great!
You can also prepare a lot of vegetables, and you can blanch them when the meat is finished!
Tips:
Since lamb is a hot food, add sugar cane when cooking. Sugarcane is cold in nature. Can be integrated.
The amount of chili depends on whether you want spicy or slightly spicy!
