Lamb Soup

Ingredients.

Cut the lamb into pieces.

Blanch the lamb, wash and set aside.

Put pepper in the seasoning box. Put green onions, ginger, seasoning box, and appropriate amount of water in the electric pressure cooker.

Put the lamb, cook for 20 minutes after SAIC.

Put carrots in the pressure cooker after venting.

Season with salt, pepper, sesame oil, chopped green onion, coriander, and aged vinegar.
Tips:
