I bought a large lamb chop a while ago and grilled it, haha! I left the clean meat (without bones) and kept it in the refrigerator for a week or two. There was no food at home that day, so I took it out to thaw and fry it!
Unexpectedly, it tastes so good, not worse than grilled lamb chops at all, haha! "

Lamb with Cumin and Seasonal Vegetables

1. Wash the onion and cut into pieces;

2. Peel the carrots and cut into slices;

3. Thaw the mutton in advance and cut into strips, marinate with salt, light soy sauce and a little sugar for more than 20 minutes to taste, then add the base oil and fry the mutton on both sides;

4. Add ginger slices and garlic slices and saute together

5. Add onions and carrots and stir-fry, and season with a little salt when cooked;

6. Stir in cumin powder and white sesame seeds; finally sprinkle in a handful of chopped green onions.

Tips:

Finally, put less salt, because the meat has salt, but the vegetables do not have salt, just add a little! If you like spicy food, add some chili to make it cooler!
