When you feel no grains of rice, don't feel sticky, and have moderate hardness, rub the strips and pick the agent, about the size of a ping-pong ball. We are all big rounds here, I usually eat 5 and I'm full.

It's time to make round balls. Take a potion and squeeze it repeatedly in your hand. The surface of the glutinous rice potion will become hard after being in the air for a long time, and it will become soft after a few squeezes, and it will feel soft and sticky.

Make a rounding agent, poke a small hole in the glutinous rice flour dumpling with your fingers, and sprinkle a little glutinous rice flour in the hole to prevent sticking.

In order to distinguish it from sweet stuffed balls, the salty stuffing is made into a drop shape, of course, it can be made into other shapes. The same is done for dousha Yuanzi, the shape is round. PS: My grandmother’s place is the other way around. Sweet ones make droplets, salty ones make rounds. If there are other fillings, they will make long rounds.
