Laoya Flat Tip Soup

The flat tip is soaked in warm water, and the water needs to be changed several times, at least half an hour in advance

Wash the duck and cut into small pieces

Put the ginger slices in a pot under cold water, pour a little rice wine after the water is boiled

Put boiling water in the soup pot, add sliced ginger, wolfberry, orange peel, add blanched duck, ham or bacon, soak the flat tips, set the soup for 3 hours.

Because the flat tip and ham or bacon are salty, there is no need to add additional seasonings.
