Lava Chocolate Cake

The butter and chocolate are melted together by heating in water, and after melting, cool to about 35 degrees and set aside

Beat the egg and egg yolk with a sugar whisk until it has a slightly thicker feel. You don’t need to beat it completely.

Pour the beaten eggs into the butter chocolate mixture and mix well

Add rum and mix well

Add the sieved low powder in batches and mix evenly

Put the mixed chocolate cake batter in the refrigerator for half an hour, then pour it into a paper cup 7 minutes full

Put it in a preheated oven with a high and low heat of 210 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes. When it is not hot, tear off the paper mold, and sprinkle with powdered sugar on the bottom.
