Lazy Version of Apple Toast

Prepare apples, eggs, rock candy and toast

Peel and dice apples. Soak in salt water to prevent oxidation and turn yellow. Beat the eggs into egg liquid for later use.

Half a bowl of boiled melted rock sugar. Add apples and cook on low heat until the apples are soft. Or cook into apple puree according to taste

Spread the egg liquid on the toast. Press the toast as much as possible. Spread the cooked diced apples (apple puree)

Seal the edges of the egg mixture. Press tightly. Put it into the rice cooker. Press the cooking button. Bake on both sides until golden.

Perfect ~ 15 minutes to complete. There is enough time for breakfast on weekdays!
Tips:
Apple puree and cinnamon powder will be more delicious. Butter the rice cooker and bake the toast.
