Lazy Version Red Date Yogurt Ice Cream
1.
Two bags of red jujube yogurt (160g/bag). After the yogurt is poured into the mold, I think of taking pictures. Haha, the bag is empty and milkless;
2.
Pour the yogurt into the mold, not too full, and make sure to leave a certain gap for expansion after freezing;
3.
Cover the lid, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours;
4.
Pour some cold water in a large bowl, put the frozen ice cream together with the mold for a few minutes, then it can be easily demoulded;
5.
See how strong the jelly is, the sweet and sour taste is delicious.
Tips:
The taste of yogurt after freezing will be much more sour than the original. If you are afraid of sourness, you can add some sugar to the yogurt liquid to taste better.
