Banana Red Date Yogurt Pancakes
1.
Prepare the raw materials: red date yogurt, flour, bananas, eggs, condensed milk (also vegetable oil and black sesame seeds, not shot)
2.
Beat the eggs, add condensed milk (about 1 tbsp) and mix well
3.
Bananas are pressed into puree (a ripe banana is better), and it’s better to eat better without pressing.
4.
Add the mashed banana to the egg mixture and stir well
5.
Sift in the flour
6.
Stir until there are no flour particles
7.
Add yogurt
8.
Stir into a uniform batter. The amount of yogurt can be adjusted by yourself. If you like to eat pancakes, add more yogurt to make the batter thinner. If you like to eat thicker and softer, add less yogurt to make the batter thicker.
9.
Add vegetable oil and black sesame seeds and mix well
10.
Heat a flat-bottomed non-stick pan without oil. Spoon a spoonful of the batter into the center of the pan and spread it gently with the back of the spoon. This time I made thicker pancakes, and the batter was not spread very thinly.
11.
As shown in the figure, when most of the batter on the surface changes color and translucent, shake the bottom of the pan and the pancake can slide freely, and the bottom surface is ready.
12.
Turn it over, fry the other side, and cook on both sides. Look, it looks like dorayaki when it's fried.
13.
Finished product. Occasionally, you can eat banana pellets in one bite, accompanied by the fragrance of milk and dates, soft and delicious.
